Village Stories seem to be getting any faster but at last I have
                                             completed the challenge.

At Last I’ve through my JustGiving page. If you haven’t yet
donated, please, please do. It is far easier to donate
to a this good cause than it is to run seven half

 I am very fortunate and
 that boredom has been
one of the hardest aspects of lockdown for me. In this corner of rural Kent
we are never far from a footpath, bridleway or quiet country lane and even
during lockdown I was able to legally exercise by getting out and running
from home. I am not someone who has a passion for running, it is not
something that I find easy but, after I have finished a run, I find that I have
 enjoyed stopping…..
During lockdown our Cranbrook School CCF instructor suggested that
cadets could follow Captain Tom Moore’s example and try to raise some
money for a worthwhile cause. I decided that it would be a good challenge to
run a Half Marathon around Bewl Water.
Pretty soon this challenge grew sevenfold and became the Seven Halves
Challenge, running half a marathon every month before Remembrance
 Sunday 2021.
